Title 5 Septic Inspections Today Including One Condominium Inspection in Sharon MA

This is because a Title 5 Septic Inspection has to take place within 2 years before a sale. However there are other times that a Title 5 Septic Inspection is required. “The condominium association is responsible for the inspection, maintenance and upgrade of the system or systems serving the units” as specified on the Mass Gov website. If goes further to say:

“Condominium systems should be inspected once every 3 years. Condominium developments with 4 or fewer units should also have their system inspected every 3 years, or within 2 years prior to the sale of one of the units.” for more information see –
